  Resilience - Performance - Growth

Building a resilient and integrated group focused on  performance, by acquiring and developing SMEs in  precision machining and industrial testing

We are two entrepreneurs with a combined 45 years of experience, supported by two family-owned SMEs. Our ambition is to build a strong and coherent group by bringing together profitable SMEs with revenues between €1 million and €5 million, specializing in precision machining and industrial testing.

Our mission is to promote the transmission and long-term preservation of Europe's industrial know-how, while supporting companies in their growth, modernization, and in strengthening their resilience within a high-performing and sustainable ecosystem.

Driven by a passion for the expertise of the men and women who create true added value, we are looking for companies for sale that primarily serve the following sectors:

Targeted sectors

Precision machining

CNC Turning

CNC (Computer Numerical Control) turning is a material-removal machining process in which a rotating workpiece (usually cylindrical) is machined using a fixed cutting tool, according to digital programs.
These programs (often written in ISO or G-code language) automatically control movements, speeds, feeds, and machining cycles.

Milling

Milling is a material-removal machining process in which a rotating cutting tool, called a milling cutter, removes material from a fixed or moving workpiece to obtain the desired shape, dimensions, or surface finish.
When performed on a numerically controlled milling machine (CNC milling), the movements of the tool and/or the workpiece are automatically managed by a computer program (G-code).

CNC Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM)

Electrical discharge machining is a non-contact machining process that removes material through electrical discharges between an electrode and a conductive workpiece, all automatically controlled by a CNC program.
This process is suitable only for electrically conductive materials (steel, carbide, titanium, etc.) and allows the production of highly complex shapes with exceptional precision often impossible to achieve using conventional mechanical machining.

Industrial Testing

Mechanical testing involves performing tests on materials (metals, plastics, composites, etc.) to evaluate their mechanical properties that is, their behavior under various stresses such as tension, compression, bending, or impact.
